In 2019, Hoda Kotb had a remarkable year. She revealed the adoption of her second daughter and later announced her engagement to Joel Schiffman. At 55, Kotb accepted the proposal from Schiffman, 61, during a weekend getaway in Mexico. The couple has been together for six years, beginning when they met at an event that Kotb wasn’t particularly excited about attending.
